I just  wanted to see what kind of compensation plan everybody likes and finds lucrative; i.e. binary, unilevel, matrix, etc.  Let me know your thoughts.

Almost any comp plan in MLM is extremely lucrative, with a few exceptions.

The trick is understanding the specific plan for YOUR company to maximize the income possible.

Personally, I prefer matrix-type or binary.  Give the average person the best opportunity to build an income quickly and begin to see results!

There are many out there that work, and many that don't. Being in this industry for some time, I found that ViSalus has the most honest compensation plan specifically designed for the new person to earn an income during their first week in. Multiple companies have copied the ViSalus comp plan to an extent and have been finding it to be very successful even for the new person that joins.
