    • Raven is fairly well known in the industry as are myself and my partner...

I would agree that there must be a special incentive package involved....maybe they gave her Schroeder's old position? LOL...Ironic...Schroeder left AGEL for Mona Vie and she leaves Mona Vie for AGEL...

You're definitely right about two things...it's not easy to build groups of several hundred thousand people, and it's never easy rebuilding a group to that size..

For those of you in Moxxor, contact me with a brief description of your network marketing experience. (How long you've been in the industry, what size groups you've built, etc.) I may have a unique situation that would be appealing to you!

Moxxor did not turn out to be what I expected.

      [/quote]

Same here, Brother. Enrolled during prelaunch. Met the owners. It was all Brother this, love you that. In the end it was all about charging 1000.00 up front for fish oil. Done. Out. Cancelled. Finished.

They told me they had a deal with Gene Simmons from Kiss. That he was going to feature the product on his show.

The icing on the cake was the MoxxRox fiasco. Even the owner's son's seem to have gone back to New Zealand. The twins must have booked a huge block of rooms anticipating explosive growth but instead they were giving away entrance to the MoxxRox event to anyone who booked a room.

Did anyone attend? Any feedback? Empty rooms and crickets?

I would have been SOOOOO pissed if I had paid for admission then seen people getting in free for renting a fleabag room for the event.

    • Never heard of her. I am looking for a new company though. Moxxor did not turn out to be what I expected.

      What does Agel market?

    • October 27, 2009 10:38 AM PDT
    • I just watched a video about the Raven K. Starre resignation from MonaVie. Did Agel produce the video?

What's the real story? No one walks away from a huge passive income ( she claims over 700,000 in the video ) for another company without a signing bonus or some kind of guarantee. Building a downline is not easy. Starting over is not easy. I've never seen a major distributor ever recapture that kind of income without starting their own company.

Any insight or info on this?

And seriously - is Raven Starre her stage name or something? There's no way her birth name is Raven Starre. Is it?

    • How about a quick review here?  I have one on my site as well that's a bit more detailed.

Mona Vie is undeniably one of the most successful MLM's of the past few years.  They've exploded Internationally, and continued to grow ispite of growing criticism.

They've expanded their product line beyond just one 'Juice'.

Pitfalls to be concerned about are increasing competition from standard Retailers like Costco and Sams Club, dramatically undercutting Mona Vie's margins.  Unethical distributors continuing to make unsubstantiated claims of miracle health benefits could bring down the Federal Government.

The Product?  Quite good.  I personally found it bitter and really disliked the after-taste.

Opportunity?  Good, and the products are high quality.  They've also achieved some level of name recognition.

Comp plan - medieval.  Seriously, it's like the Leadership sat down with the intention of making a compensation structure that is opaque and as hard to understand as possible.  Multiple ways to qualify for more commissions means multiple 'hoops' you must jump through each month!  While I don't deny the high-achievers in Mona Vie earn nice incomes, the compensation plan is one of the biggest turn offs for me.  Old fashioned, complicated, and hard to explain.

      Overall?

Good company, continued good success and growth both in the US, internationally, and through the introduction of other high-quality products.

Disadvantages?  Now been around for a while, comp plan is byzantine, and the product is expensive

    • I JUST DRANK A SHOT OF MONA VIE AND I FEEL GREAT! IF YOU HAVE NOT TRIED IT I SUGGEST YOU DO BEFORE YOU DECIDE TO PLACE NEGATIVE COMMENTS. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND IT IF YOU'RE PREGNANT OR ON BLOOD THINNERS. BUT OTHER THAN THAT ITS PRETTY DANG GOOD, TASTE LIKE PRUNE JUICE A LITTLE BIT!

    • I am also good customer of Monavie health products and found good benefits on my health and all my family members. Monavie Juice when they first made their introduction on the supplement market has been quite a lot 'of fanfare - which has grown into one of the best running health supplement market.

    • I'm trying to find out the same information. I'm more concerned with the product than the income opportunity though. Does anyone have personal experience and can compare MonaVie against Jusuru?

    • Hi Jorge,

I agree that you will have plenty of people telling you that MonaVie is a scam or that you will find other marketing opportunities that are a better choice for you to put your money into right now. You need to remember however, that in the area of MLM companies, there are a lot of individuals who are going to be willing and ready to tell you to give up on your choice to pursue your decision, no matter what choice you make. You need to stick with whatever you have chosen as your marketing directive and trust that it will make you money. Especially if it is a company that has a known record of making money like MonaVie.

      Good Luck Jorge.

    • You will always have nay sayers about MonaVie and any other MLM company. It's not so much the public's misunderstanding on MLM as much as it is the false claims that many MonaVie distributors where making which are just false such as "lose weight" and "get younger". While the juice has ingredients that can help, there has never been claims that it is a direct link. Also, the same is true about the income opportunity. Most people promise others they'll make a lot of money when they are not making any at all. Even though we all know the potential is there and it's up to the individual to make it happen, those claims will inevitably lead to the scam and pyramid theories you hear.

I think MLM is a great opportunity for people and I believe MonaVie has a strong product.

      Keep up the good work

    • The MonaVie reviews do seem to be getting better and better. They are also establishing some longevity; another missing factor in many MLM companies. Although I do feel that a good number of the scam theories can be attributed to misunderstandings by the public concerning the structure and processes behind many MLM companies, there are also definitely MLM companies out there who are solely focused on how to wheel and deal as much money from both consumers and their own distributors even in some cases. And while MonaVie is a higher priced product, the MonaVie reviews on both the juice and the company are highly complimentary.

    • It's a positive thing for everyone when a company considered an "MLM" gets recognition like this. Says a lot for MonaVie and its management that Ernst and Young recognized them in the emerging category, or any category at all.

Used to be that every company in the MLM category was considered just another MLM scam. Not that a lot of companies didn't do all kinds of negative stuff to create that impression to begin with.

    • Dallin A. Larsen of Utah-based MonaVie was named the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Of The Year® 2009 national winner in the Emerging category.

      More good news for MonaVie.

    • Looking for info from other Monavie Distirbutors on how they find success in the marketplace.

How do you find new leads? How is the product received?

    • Any other Monavie Reps here who want to share their stories?

I have been with the company since 2007 and have been growing my business through word of mouth and Safeleads.

How have you been most successful growing your business?
