Lots of questions in this forum. I tracked down an email for Y Min Kim at OROVO and had this exchange.  Min Kim ( Paul Kim ) was very prompt in responding and very forthcoming with some specific answers to many of the questions that have been posted here:

I was referred to Orovo a while back as a business opportunity, but have been unable to get some simple answers to some due diligence questions and am hoping you can provide those.
 
I'm interested in the relationship between Orovo and Garrett Devore.  The registrations for the brand lists Garrett and yourself.  The BBB identifies Orovo as one of three companies under his name, and there are tons of web pages on the Internet that talk about the same relationship.
 
What is his relationship and role in Orovo, both the brand name and the company?
 
The documentation also refers to the CEO's wife seeing info on Oprah and coming up with an idea for the product. Is that true? Would that be your wife?

thank you for all your questions.  Seems like you really did your research! 
 
I'm the President of Orovo (My American Name is Paul), and Garrett used to be CEO.  He is my partner and owns 50% of OROVO.  I own the other 50%.  We are the founders.  Garrett also owns few othe companes (I don't know how many) and since he is so busy with all of his businesses, I usually just run Orovo.  
 
I know what BBB has on their file and my attorney is trying to change all that currently.  It is not correct information. 
 
I can personally tell you that orovo is a great company with best products, best prices and best service.

I followed up with a few other questions, mostly related to the BBB complaints and the relationship between the Orovo products and prior products from Garrett Devore Labs, and will post when I get a response.
