I am here but not a part of Scentsy. I do Attraction Marketing so I do not speak about my products overtly. It is the only way to market on the Internet...
I would be happy to assist any one that is desiring to understand Web 2.0 techniques, like successful forum, marketing, YouTube marketing, MySpace, FacePage and all the other techniques that successful only entrepreneurs are using today.
This can be a great site, I look forward to posting to it and reading all about each of your success stories.

Hi. I just wanted to let you know that I have placed and received two separate orders from Scentsy. I love the smells, and the products, but was not thanked once for my order(neither the e-mail receipt or the invoice). I know it's a small thing, but It's not when it comes to customer service.

I totally agree with you! Scentsy has awesome products! I am so sorry to hear that you did not receive the customer service you were looking for. When a customer orders online with us, they always receive a handwritten thank you note along with some other surprises! Kelly, I'm sorry for your bad experience. Scentsy doesn't do an automated email, but it's important for the rep to show their appreciation.
MLR, we've actually seen an increase in business lately because of the economy & more people wanting work-at-home jobs. If you'd like more info, just let us know.
