I'm a 52 year old mother of three and wife of 27 years. I am a Thyroid Cancer survivor of 10 years! After my thyroidectomy back in 2004, I began to put on unwanted weight...due to no ";thyroid" and relying on my synthroid medication to take the place of my thyroid. I packed on 40 pounds of unwanted weight. I have tried many diets, exercises and not finding anything that consistently worked for me due to my health situation.
