I'm a wellness coach with plexus worldwide dedicated to assisting others achieve their wellness goals. I am able to provide extensive support and guidance on a one on one or in a motivated group experience or both! I have my BA in Psychology and I'm also a certified teacher too. My true passion is helping others develop life skills to achieve goals they set for themselves and successfully reaching and then surpassing those goals with my help. I enjoy making new friends for life, encouraging you each step your success is my succes! Plexus has blessed me with my health, confidence and courage and now I am blessing others in hopes that they will pay it forward one day too.
