I am new to the Network Marketing arena but I learned quickly that recruiting "New Enrollees" is no different than what I had been doing for the last 46 years in the insurance business.
If you want to succeed in recruiting others to your cause, you have to prove to them that they are going to get help. You have to play an active role in their success. For Instance teach your new enrollee how to build a website, where to host it, and how to develop their own leads with it. Do you know where you can get people to do almost anything (keep it clean) for just $5? I do and I will show you how to utilize the organization so that the amount of work you do is all delagated to others.
That's what I do! I just started working with Ambit Energy. The opportunity just made sense to me.
